Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- • Run campaigns on Google and Meta ads.
- • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- • Hands-on experience with SEO and Google AdWords campaigns.
- • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- • Knowledge of Tamil (must be able to read and write).
- • Previous experience in the Fashion retail industry is preferable.
